"WOW, Is this fun. We have the of list of places down to 24, by the weekend it will be down to the top 12 places. This will not be based on just the size of the market. So don't worry, smaller markets have a great chance to land a New USFL team."

Geoffrey Soule is quoted as saying he is becoming CEO of the New USFL again. Does anyone know who this is?
